Position Overview:

Pepper is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Graphic Designer with a strong background in paid media to join our growing team. This role is crucial in bringing our brand vision to life across all platforms, with a focus on creating visually appealing and effective paid media campaigns. You will work closely with our Creative and Growth teams to develop and execute creative strategies that drive measurable results and resonate with our target audience. Your impact will be bringing Pepper to life for our online community and empowering millions of women to feel confident in a well-fitting bra. This position is part of the Creative team and reports directly to the Lead Brand Designer.

Responsibilities:

Ad Campaign Creative Design: Conceptualize and design eye-catching, conversion-focused ads for various digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok, to support our paid social and performance marketing efforts. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and voice, and maintain consistency across all platforms. Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with our Growth and Marketing teams to design ads that maximize click-through rates, customer engagement, and conversions. Cross-Channel Adaptation: Adapt and optimize designs for different formats and platforms, such as video ads, static images, gifs, and carousel ads. A/B Testing & Data Analysis: Work with our marketing team to create multiple ad variations, analyze performance data, and make design adjustments to improve effectiveness. Collaborative Design Process: Partner with our Performance, Marketing, and Creative teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually compelling assets. Campaign Support: Assist in creating assets for seasonal promotions, new product launches, and ongoing sales campaigns. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with design trends, new tools, and best practices in digital advertising to ensure fresh and innovative ad creatives. Work with our Lead Brand Designer to continually elevate the look and feel of our ad library, with a focus on motion.

Requirements:

The Perfect Fit:

Experience: 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio of digital ad creatives. Experience in DTC, intimates, or e-commerce is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.). Motion graphics/video editing experience is a must. Understanding of Growth Marketing: Knowledge of performance marketing, ad metrics, and how design impacts conversion rates. Creative & Detail-Oriented: Passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail. Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging visuals. Data-Driven: Ability to interpret ad performance data and make design adjustments to optimize effectiveness. Collaboration & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, and product teams. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, meet deadlines, and achieve campaign goals.
