ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets and developing predictive models to drive business insights and decision-making. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with different teams, understand business needs, and communicate findings that have a direct impact on the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Analyze and preprocess data to ensure it is ready for modeling and analysis.
– Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques to address business challenges and opportunities.
– Validate and refine models to provide reliable and actionable insights.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design experiments.
– Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, integrating data-driven strategies into decision-making.
– Work with large datasets and databases, ensuring data integrity and optimization for analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
– Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
– Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools, such as Pandas and NumPy.
– Familiarity with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
– Ability to work with large datasets and databases (SQL or NoSQL).
– Effective communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
