About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on leader in analytics to oversee our Marketing Analytics team and support a significant annual marketing budget. In this role, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategy to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage a team of Marketing analysts, providing guidance, setting objectives, and fostering collaboration
– Analyze marketing data from various sources such as digital, offline, social media, and CRM systems to extract insights and trends
– Use statistical techniques and data modeling to forecast outcomes and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives
– Collaborate closely with Marketing partners to drive adoption and usage of new capabilities, such as MMM, programmatic budgeting, and LTV optimization
– Evolve Brand Marketing measurement and integrate it seamlessly into existing Performance Marketing tools and processes
– Expand the operational scale of the Marketing team through the implementation of automation solutions, such as third-party APIs and tag management platforms
– Communicate analysis results to senior leadership and use data to make recommendations for business improvement
– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Marketing Analytics and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

– 10+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
– Ability to align analytics with strategic business goals and influence decision-making with data-driven recommendations
– Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
– Experience in both Brand and Performance Marketing measurement
– Experience with cross-team project management
– Expert proficiency in SQL
– Experience with Python and/or R is a plus
– Experience with web and app analytics platforms
– Experience with data visualization software

Preferred Experience and Skills:

– Experience with Amplitude is a huge plus
– Experience with Tableau Desktop or Looker is a plus
– Experience with BigQuery/Snowflake is a plus
– Experience with dbt is a plus
