Position: Staff Product Designer – Atlan

Your Mission at Atlan
As a Staff Product Designer, you will have a deep understanding of the product and its users. Collaborating with Product Managers, you will identify, define, and solve complex user experience issues. You will also play a crucial role in maturing the design processes at Atlan, from concept to shipping and impact validation. In addition, you will participate in design critique sessions, mentor other designers, and contribute to Atlan’s design system and assets library. You will also be involved in recruiting and help establish the brand of Atlan’s design team in the community. Ultimately, you will help improve and promote the design culture within Atlan.
What Makes You a Match for Us?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about continuous learning and can quickly grasp complex concepts related to data management. With at least 10 years of experience in designing and shipping consumer-grade enterprise products or complex web applications, you have a proven track record of creating products that users love. Experience in the data domain is a plus. You should have a portfolio that showcases your product design and strategy skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and a love for creating beautiful and intuitive designs. You should also have experience working in fast-paced design teams and be comfortable taking initiative to improve processes and build a world-class design team. Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously are also essential for this role.
