Position: Senior Frontend Engineer at ICG

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our growing Engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Product Manager, Designer, and team of Engineers to effectively execute our product roadmap. Your focus will be on developing high-traffic web products that generate millions in annual revenue. Our current tech stack includes React, Nextjs, AWS, Redis, and Postgres.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead complex frontend architecture and feature development, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions
– Collaborate with Product Managers and Business stakeholders to understand problems and propose appropriate technical solutions
– Work closely with Product Designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect designs
– Continuously improve and optimize our frontend processes and workflows

Qualifications:

– Extensive experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer, with expertise in React and Nextjs
– Proven ability to take ownership and accountability for tasks
– Comfortable working in a startup environment with a fast-paced and ever-evolving culture
– Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Our Hiring Process:

1. Application: Your application will be reviewed within 72 hours, and you will receive a response from us, even if you are not chosen for the role.

2. Interviews: You will have interviews with Brett, Brent, and other members of our Product and Engineering teams. These conversations will include behavioral questions, in-depth discussions about your experience, and opportunities for you to ask questions. Each session will take 30-60 minutes and will be conducted via Google Meet.

3. Case Study: You will be given a real-world technical challenge (with compensation) to assess your problem-solving skills. Afterward, we will have a working session to simulate collaboration at ICG.

4. Offer: If selected, we will extend an offer and begin preparing for your arrival at our company.
