Key Responsibilities:

– Create visually engaging graphics for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity
– Maintain brand consistency by adhering to guidelines and tailoring designs to the target audience
– Collaborate with the marketing team to translate strategies into compelling visuals, incorporating copy, imagery, and other elements
– Design digital assets optimized for websites, social media, and mobile apps, staying updated on industry trends
– Develop print materials, ensuring they meet print-ready requirements
– Support marketing campaigns by creating visual assets that align with campaign objectives and themes
– Edit images, source or create high-quality visuals, and enhance photos as needed
– Communicate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and ensure alignment with marketing goals
– Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
– Ensure quality by reviewing designs for accuracy, consistency, and brand adherence

Essential Professional Experience:

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio)
– Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, and branding (portfolio must be included with resume for consideration)
– Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with other tools is a plus
– Creativity & Branding: Ability to generate unique design concepts while maintaining brand consistency
– Typography & Layout: Strong understanding of composition, readability, and visual hierarchy
– Digital & Print Design: Experience creating assets for online platforms and print-ready materials
– Communication & Time Management: Strong collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
– Attention to Detail: Ensuring design accuracy, quality, and brand alignment
