Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the planning and execution of AI solutions to simplify healthcare navigation
– Influence cross-functional teams and roadmaps through technical expertise and value assessment
– Ensure accuracy, scalability, and impact of AI products, including LLM-based agents in real-world applications
– Apply strong product thinking to align AI solutions with user needs, business goals, and company vision
– Mentor team members to maximize their impact
– Promote best practices in data science and drive the adoption of emerging architectures
Qualifications:
– Proven experience delivering impactful AI products, specifically in LLM-driven applications
– Solid understanding of machine learning principles, including evaluation best practices
– Proficient in Python, with experience writing production-level code that integrates with backend services (e.g., APIs, microservices)
– Familiarity with emerging LLM architectures and technologies and the ability to align them with product goals
– Comfortable with deploying, maintaining, and monitoring machine learning models in production environments
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Effective communicator with experience working in cross-functional teams
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
– Ability to attend work regularly at assigned location
– Availability to work shifts of at least 8 hours, 5 days per week
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
– Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods
– Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer, and other office equipment
– Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. of force may be required (e.g., lifting a computer/laptop)
– Ability to interact with leaders, employees, and members in a professional manner
Compensation:
Included Health offers competitive salaries based on geographic zones, ranging from $161,410 – $296,400 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on their respective Zone. The starting salary for each candidate will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and market data. Our compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone’s unique market conditions to ensure fair and equitable compensation for all employees.
