About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer at Clari, you will have the opportunity to solve complex problems and transform business processes into meaningful product experiences. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary product team to enhance our product capabilities and meet the needs of our expanding customer base. We are looking for a driven, action-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points if you have experience designing B2B enterprise software with data visualizations.
This is a fully remote position that can be based in any location in Poland. However, candidates must be located in Poland and able to travel to our office in Kraków as needed.
Responsibilities
– Distill complex problems into simple and elegant user experiences for multiple business personas
– Design user experiences across multiple platforms, including mobile and web
– Understand our product roadmap and deliver incremental and major enhancements to our customers
– Apply consumer web interface design ideas to business applications
– Communicate design concepts and reasons behind design decisions to colleagues, customers, and end-users
– Conduct user research, interviews, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions
– Identify and document UI and interaction patterns and standards
– Deliver quality features in an Agile development environment
– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present design concepts to stakeholders
– Contribute to the growth and development of the design team by sharing best practices, insights, and lessons learned
– Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
– Stay up-to-date on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices and incorporate them into our design processes
Qualifications
– 5+ years of experience as a professional UX/UI Designer
– Experience designing across multiple platforms and device types, such as iOS, Android, and web
– Knowledge of adaptive design strategies and execution
– Willingness to work non-traditional hours to collaborate with colleagues in different time zones
– Proficiency in Figma, with knowledge of Sketch, InVision, or other wireframing and prototyping software
– Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and branding
– Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
– Ability to articulate complex design concepts and strategies to stakeholders
