What We Look For:
– 5+ years of professional development experience
– Proven track record in SaaS product environments
– Fluent in at least 2-3 tech stacks (Javascript, Python, .NET)
– Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Codium, Phind, etc.
– Excellent English communication skills
– Comfortable working in different timezones
– High-speed internet and a high-resolution camera (mandatory)
Bonus qualifications (not mandatory):
– Experience leading sprints or delivering major product updates
– Familiarity with agile remote teams
– Experience in building tools or optimizing CI/CD pipelines
– Degree in engineering or computer science
– Previous startup experience
– Previous experience with LLM (language and machine learning)
