We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team! As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product’s data strategy, providing high-quality data analysis, visualization, and modeling to support data-driven decisions across the company. 🔍 Your Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Insight Generation & Experimentation:
– Collaborate with product development teams to ensure proper product instrumentation and operational data models for effective data analysis.
– Analyze data from various sources to derive insights and support decision-making.
– Work with business and product teams to identify key metrics and provide actionable insights.
– Collaborate with product managers in identifying opportunities, formulating hypotheses, and validating them through experimentation.
2. Analytics Engineering:
– Ensure data freshness, integrity, and consistency within the data warehouse.
– Develop and maintain ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the warehouse.
– Define and maintain usable reports and metrics for stakeholder self-service.
– Design and develop visualizations and dashboards tailored to the needs of different teams.
3. Data Activation:
– Integrate the data warehouse with third-party tools to activate data for marketing, customer success, and sales.
– Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data feeds to these tools.
– Promote data literacy and data-informed decision-making with stakeholders.

🛠 Must-Have Requirements:
– 2-3 years of experience in data analysis in a digital product startup or SaaS company.
– Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
– Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and derive meaningful insights.
– Technical proficiency in data warehousing technologies, ETL/ELT processes, SQL, Python, git, and data visualization tools. Familiarity with development tools such as CI/CD, version control, and testing.
– Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with both business and product teams and deliver tailored insights.
– Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
– Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and commitment to data integrity.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
– Fluency in English and Spanish.
– Eligibility to work in Spain.
🎯 Nice-to-Have Requirements:
– Experience with dbt, Airflow.
– Familiarity with generative AI, especially LLMs.
– Understanding of BigQuery, Google Cloud, or other data warehousing solutions.
– Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their applications.
– Experience in product development, SaaS, or the tech industry.
