Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join our team and help scale our efforts in building and optimizing our industry-leading Platform Orchestrator. As a key member of our team, you will have a shared ownership of our products, contributing to both short-term objectives and long-term vision. Our tech stack includes modern and diverse technologies such as Go, Kubernetes, Robot Framework, React, TypeScript, and more. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, and who is willing to take on a wide range of tasks to make a significant impact.
This is a fully remote position, and we are looking for candidates in time zones ranging from UTC-1 to UTC+3.
What You Will Bring:
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a remote environment and utilizing tools such as GitHub, Notion, Slack, and Jira.
– Strong problem-solving and coding abilities, with a focus on designing solutions to customer issues.
– Hands-on experience with infrastructure, including on-call rotations and familiarity with observability tools.
– A pragmatic approach to balancing “perfect” with “good enough.”
– Modern cloud experience, including building and managing apps on Kubernetes on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with Docker, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
– A bias towards action, thriving in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, and prioritizing progress over perfection.
What You Will Do:
– Contribute to our core product, working primarily with Go, and collaborating with our team to develop services that power our applications.
– Design and refine technical systems, taking ownership of customer use cases and shaping systems to remain scalable, reliable, and elegant as they evolve.
– Collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization to explore problems, prototype ideas, and iterate quickly.
– Improve our engineering practices, focusing on thoughtful abstractions, clean interfaces, and solid testing.
