Responsibilities:
– Fullstack Development: Use your expertise in TypeScript, Nuxt3, and Vue to build robust applications.
– Project Leadership: Collaborate with product managers to conceptualize, architect, and implement projects as part of an agile team.
– Mentor and Guide: Help junior developers improve their skills through mentoring and collaborative projects.
– Drive Innovation: Propose and implement new technologies or methodologies to keep Sidestream at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements:
– Expertise: Advanced experience in TypeScript or JavaScript and a solid understanding of frameworks like Nuxt and Vue.
– Full-Stack Confidence: Ability to work on both frontend and backend projects, taking ownership of the entire stack.
– Leadership: Capable of independently completing projects and mentoring less experienced developers.
– Craftsmanship: Pride in writing high-quality, peer-reviewed, and production-ready code that makes a real impact.
– Pragmatism: Focus on efficiency and effectiveness in completing tasks.
– Problem-Solving: Willingness to take on coding challenges and write quality code.
– Communication: Strong English skills, with proficiency in German being a bonus.
