Senior Analytics Engineer – Ghost Distribution Platform

Catterton), we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team.
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will have a strong passion for using data to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement. In this role, you will work full-stack and be proficient in both analytics and data engineering. Our current stack includes Snowflake, dbt, Metabase, and Python.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and data engineering techniques
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms
– Act as a technical leader in analytics, staying updated on the latest tools and technologies
– Conduct research and development to enhance our analytics capabilities
– Develop and maintain robust data models and analytics solutions
– Champion best practices in engineering and analytics
– Communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams and mentor junior engineers
Qualifications:
– BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or relevant experience
– 5+ years of experience in analytics and data engineering
– Strong proficiency in dbt, SQL, and Python/R
– Experience with BI tools such as Snowflake, Looker, and Tableau
– Knowledge of data quality, governance, testing, and performance tuning
Compensation:
Total compensation for this position can range from $150,000 to $190,000, based on experience and skills.
