Responsibilities:
As a member of A·Team, you can expect to be regularly invited to projects that match your interests and skills. These projects can range from early-stage incubations with top founders, to well-funded companies, to traditional non-tech companies looking to build like a tech giant. Your responsibilities may include building ambitious software solutions as part of a small team, providing strategic guidance, and executing the selected solution.
Qualifications:
A·Team is seeking senior software developers who have left large companies or high-growth startups to pursue their craft with autonomy. Our ideal candidates prefer consistent contract work over a full-time role and enjoy collaborating with other top-tier builders. While we value diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, we are specifically looking for individuals with at least four years of experience and a track record of success.
