About the Role:
As a Sales Operations Analyst at Angi, you will be a part of the Sales Commissions and Analytics team. This team works closely with leadership across sales, customer care, product development, and finance to provide insights and drive business strategy. Our two-sided marketplace of homeowners and service professionals makes this role data-rich and complex, allowing you to stretch your business acumen, technical skills, and quantitative abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with leadership teams across different business units to provide data-driven insights and analysis on sales commissions and compensation structures
– Optimize sales performance, commission analytics, and reporting with Sales Leaders
– Become a subject matter expert on all data and objectives within the complex Angi ecosystem
– Synthesize large data sets into clear and concise information
– Ensure compliance across all aspects of compensation administration by partnering with Internal Audit
– Establish reporting and monitoring processes to track strategic execution
– Explore new approaches to problem-solving with creativity and innovation
Qualifications:
– 1-3+ years of professional experience in a financial/business analysis role
– Familiarity with compensation plan management and builds
– Experience with Excel and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tools; Salesforce, SQL, knowledge of relational databases, Looker, and Python is a plus
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing tasks
– Proven ability to validate analysis results by reconciling data from multiple sources
– Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering
