Position: Senior Machine Learning Engineer at 4screen
4screen is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a leader in the industry, 4screen is revolutionizing the way local businesses connect, interact, and engage with targeted customers in real-time. Our team is passionate about bridging the gap between drivers and their surrounding infrastructure by providing engaging in-car communication directly on the car screen.
Responsibilities:
– Design and execute machine learning models to enhance various business operations in alignment with company objectives
– Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven solutions for complex business challenges
– Conduct experiments to optimize models and improve accuracy and performance
– Validate results using statistical methods and algorithms
– Deploy models in production environments with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency
– Promote a data-driven culture within the company by providing training and resources to colleagues
– Visit our Munich office a few times a year for workshops or events (travel expenses covered)
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a similar position
– Master’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
– Senior-level experience in developing and implementing complex machine learning models
– Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch
– Expertise in statistical methods and algorithms for data analysis
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Willingness to travel to our Munich office for occasional workshops or events
