Brand Designer at Industrial Growth
Industrial Growth is a leading marketing agency specializing in helping industrial startups build strong and successful brands. Since our establishment in 2023, we have partnered with clients from various industrial sectors, providing compelling brand strategies and generating millions in pipeline.
We are currently seeking a talented Brand Designer to join our small, remote team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create impactful brand identities and visually stunning websites, working directly with clients who are receptive to innovative ideas. You will also collaborate closely with our Demand Gen Manager and Developer to ensure seamless execution of designs into finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop new brand identities (logos, colors, fonts, and illustration styles) for industrial startups
– Share creative concepts with clients, incorporate feedback, and guide them towards fresh ideas
– Design websites from wireframe to final product, in collaboration with our developer
– Occasionally create polished campaigns, brochures, print collateral, and slide decks from ad concepts
– Stay updated on industry standards and client goals while shaping new brands with creative freedom

Requirements:
– A portfolio showcasing at least two strong website designs and two branding projects
– Proficiency in Figma (90% of work will be done here), Canva, and some experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign) for print work
– Self-motivated individual comfortable with minimal structure in a remote work environment
– Experience collaborating with developers to bring web designs to life
– Experience in ad design or motion design is a plus, but not required
