Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer

What You’ll Do:
– Lead the user experience strategy throughout the entire product lifecycle, from research and concept to final implementation
– Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and refine the UX vision, addressing customer pain points and contributing to projects such as the rebuild of our customer portal
– Conduct user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gather insights and inform design decisions
– Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas
– Design cohesive, intuitive, and goal-aligned customer experiences
– Establish UX best practices and contribute to building design systems for consistency and usability
– Utilize data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback to continuously iterate and improve designs
– Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the overall design output of the team
– Lead by example in applying Design Thinking methodology and finding solutions within technical limitations
What You’ll Need:
– 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in financial services, fintech, or similarly regulated industries
– A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX design and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Zeplin, or similar platforms
– Experience conducting user research and incorporating feedback into designs
– Familiarity with responsive design principles and designing for web and mobile platforms
– Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and interaction design principles, with experience in Google Design Sprint being a plus
– Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
– Experience in building and scaling reusable components within design systems is a plus. Apply link
