Position: Post-Sales Machine Learning Solutions Engineer at Hugging Face

As a member of the Hugging Face Success team, you will play a crucial role in helping companies successfully utilize AI. You will work with a diverse range of clients, from cutting-edge startups to Fortune-500 giants. This dynamic role will involve advising data science teams, coding solutions, and building relationships with customers. We are looking for a highly technical and customer-focused individual who is passionate about helping others harness the power of AI.

Key Responsibilities:

– Empathize with customers to understand their goals and challenges in utilizing NLP and Vision transformers.
– Demonstrate resourcefulness and enthusiasm in solving customer problems through research, coding, and collaboration with in-house experts.
– Build strong relationships with customers and gain a deep understanding of their objectives.
– Effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Continuously learn and share knowledge with customers.
– Write code scripts and notebooks for transformers/ML Ops use cases that can be reused by customers.

Requirements:

– Experience in developing NLP/Vision solutions. This role is not intended for training in ML fundamentals, so candidates should have a strong understanding of the ML lifecycle and cloud infrastructure basics.
– Proficiency in the transformers library. Our customers come to us for our expertise in transformers, so candidates should already have a good level of proficiency and be able to quickly become an expert.
– Self-starter mentality. We are looking for individuals who can independently tackle complex problems. While collaboration is encouraged, we need people who are driven, resourceful, and motivated to take initiative.
– Attention to detail. Please include a paragraph in your application explaining your interest in Hugging Face and how your skills align with our needs.
– Strong customer relationship building skills. This role requires individuals who are excited about building relationships with customers and helping them succeed. This is not a role for someone who prefers to work independently without interacting with others.
– Excellent communication skills. Can you effectively explain a problem and its solution to someone without a technical background? This role will involve communicating with various roles, from C-level executives to IT professionals.
– Coding proficiency. Candidates should be comfortable writing code scripts and notebooks for transformers/ML Ops use cases that can be reused by customers.
– Ability to learn quickly. The field of AI/ML is constantly evolving, and so is our company. We are looking for someone who enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest developments and sharing that knowledge with customers.
