Team Description:
The Product Design team at Super.com is responsible for bringing our mission to life by creating opportunities for our customers to increase their earnings. We are a small, collaborative team that puts our customers first in everything we do. We work closely with cross-functional partners to develop product strategies, solve complex business problems, and deliver intuitive and delightful solutions for our customers. Our team is focused on designing new features, optimizing existing experiences, and elevating the overall quality of our product.
Role Description:
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in designing experiences for our Super+ members. Super+ is our membership program that helps customers earn cash, save on purchases, and receive rewards. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to define quarterly strategies, leveraging your expertise in human-centered design to identify customer-focused business opportunities. Using data and user insights, you will design functional, delightful, and impactful experiences for both mobile and desktop. You will also collaborate with the larger product team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our design system.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify key initiatives and metrics of success, and design end-to-end experiences that solve customer problems and meet business objectives
– Utilize research, data analytics, and competitive analysis to guide decision-making and continuously improve the Super+ member experience
– Improve the overall Super.com experience by setting high standards for quality and providing feedback, mentoring, and coaching to Product Designer teammates
– Use Figma to create static designs and interactive prototypes for stakeholder alignment and user testing
– Contribute to the maintenance and growth of the Super.com design system library
– Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and build consensus
– Contribute to the evolution of processes that empower the team to deliver high-quality experiences
Preferred Experience:
– 4-5+ years of Product Design experience working with product and engineering teams
– Experience managing relationships with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and senior leadership
– Experience in fast-paced, agile environments, delivering high-quality designs in rapid iteration cycles
– Ability to inform and drive design, product, and business decisions using existing user research and quantitative data
– Proficiency in Figma, including interactive prototyping and design library management
– Familiarity with standard design, collaboration, and documentation tools
Nice to Haves:
– Experience in adtech or fintech
– Familiarity with content design and UX writing
– Motion and/or interaction design skills
– Experience managing interns
– Familiarity with data gathering and analysis tools, specifically Amplitude
