Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Applied AI Engineer Tech Lead to join our team and take the lead in developing, prototyping, and productionizing AI models that will transform traditional access governance into dynamic, automated processes. In this role, you will collaborate with domain experts, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI systems that balance security with productivity. Your responsibilities will include designing the AI infrastructure, iterating on AI models, and scaling AI-powered access management products to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI agents that transform our access management approach
– Architect and implement a robust, scalable AI infrastructure
– Prioritize time-to-value and accelerate the launch of AI-powered products
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals
Qualifications:
– Proven track record of building and deploying autonomous AI systems or agents in production
– Proficiency in developing scalable AI infrastructure and selecting appropriate tools and frameworks
– Strong programming skills in Python and problem-solving abilities
– Experience working cross-functionally and mentoring team members
– Excellent communication skills and ability to align AI initiatives with business goals
Compensation:
– Pay Range: $190,000 – $275,000
