About the Team:
Vivian Health is a remote-first company with a team of 100+ professionals leading the transformation of healthcare staffing. The Business Operations team is responsible for handling technical operations across the organization, including technical support, product support, customer integrations, custom analysis, and sales and account management operations.
About the Role:
As a Senior Business Operations Analyst, your main objective will be to support revenue growth and retention with our clients. You will work closely with the Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Data teams to ensure quality processes and reporting. By managing data operations, Salesforce, and workflow development, you will ensure the smooth functioning of critical business operations, such as billing, account provisioning, and customer reporting. Your insights and recommendations will enable our leadership to make informed decisions and provide exceptional customer management. One day, you may be responsible for maintaining data hygiene across closed contracts, and the next day you may be conducting custom analysis to maximize customer product utilization and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage Vivian’s Salesforce instance by configuring workflows, supporting users, and overseeing the data validation process for closed opportunities and customer accounts.
– Support the Sales and Customer Success teams by proactively managing initiatives across various applications.
– Develop reports using Looker, Salesforce, and Excel to fulfill business leadership’s needs.
– Design and refine business and data processes for new and existing initiatives.
– Conduct custom analysis for product, account management, and sales initiatives and present your findings.
– Collaborate with the Data and Finance teams to meet their requirements related to customer operations.
Qualifications:
– 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or consultant, designing processes and supporting leadership needs.
– Strong business acumen and a curious mindset that drives you to analyze complex business problems and their impact on the organization.
– Proficiency in SQL for reporting purposes, including advanced query development for data analysis (Data Engineering experience is not required).
– Experience using a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI, with excellent data visualization skills.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
– Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects.
– Experience ensuring data quality and integrity.
What We Offer:
This full-time position offers a total annual compensation range of $125,000-$140,000, based on experience, education, and skills. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or transfer at this time.
