Role:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design efforts for our digital products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and impactful experiences that meet user needs.
Responsibilities:
– Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective and appealing designs.
– Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user-centered principles.
– Simplify complex user requirements and design responsive layouts that meet accessibility standards.
– Discuss and explain design options to stakeholders.
– Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Invision, Axure, Marvel, and Overflow.
– Facilitate cross-functional collaboration using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
– Demonstrate flexibility, decision-making skills, and a customer-focused approach.
– Lead large and complex projects.
– Define and prioritize problems to be addressed.
Requirements:
– Strong design skills and experience in a similar role.
– Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
– Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Invision, Axure, Marvel, and Overflow.
– Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project collaboration.
– Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Attention to detail and relationship management skills.
– Proactive and able to motivate and inspire team members.
