Position: Analytics Services Manager

About the Role:

Invoca is currently seeking an experienced Analytics Services Manager to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and presenting meaningful and actionable insights to our key customers, helping them leverage their data for business success. You will work with large data sets, analyze and transform the data, and present compelling presentations to our customers. You will also collaborate with other teams such as Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, and Data Science.

Key Responsibilities:

– Delivering Insights and Providing Analytics Consulting:

Using your strong analytics knowledge, you will organize large data sets and create meaningful presentations for our customers, including:

– Conducting complete analysis for customers and providing quantifiable insights and recommendations to improve their business goals and issues
– Creating visualizations of data and trends
– Extracting and transforming data, as well as building models
– Supporting customer-facing meetings and enabling Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to present phone call analytics data using Invoca’s proprietary dashboards
– Completing reporting requests from customers, including but not limited to:
– Scoping and creating new or customized reports for CSMs to present in executive business review meetings (EBRs)
– Identifying interesting insights and trends in reporting

– Data Management:

Conducting data audits to evaluate platform efficiencies and ensure accuracy in reporting of phone call analytics for our customers. This may involve:

– Listening to random samples of phone call recordings to manually identify key performance indicators present in conversations and comparing the results against Invoca’s automated AI models
– Using audit results to identify trends, areas of concern, and potential improvements to enhance reporting accuracy for customers

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
– Certifications in Analytics or Data Science
– 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Marketing Analytics, Insights Manager, or in a similar analytical Professional Services role
– Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
– Experience working with large data sets, analyzing for insights, and presenting them in a non-technical manner to customers
– Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously and excellent time management skills
– Experience working with cross-functional teams within a SaaS organization
– Advanced presentation skills, demonstrating technical proficiency, digital marketing knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills
– Ability to understand customer requirements, identify business problems, and propose solutions to customers

Preferred Qualifications:

– Strong working knowledge of a conversation intelligence platform
– Experience working with machine learning and AI models
– Experience working with Adtech and Martech platforms such as Google Ads and Google Analytics

Position Base Range: $70,000-$90,000, plus annual bonus
