Position: Quantitative UX Researcher

Key Responsibilities:
As a Quantitative UX Researcher, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, particularly in quantitative or complex projects. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end quantitative research, including defining scope, selecting methods, executing studies, and presenting actionable findings to teams. Additionally, you will analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform product decisions and enhance the user experience.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Science, Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quantitative UX research role or similar position, including internships or research assistant roles.
– Experience conducting full-cycle research, including study design, planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing, and communicating survey results.
– Significant hands-on experience with survey design, sampling, crosstabs, and statistical concepts.
– Familiarity with survey tools such as Typeform and Qualtrics, as well as data analysis tools like SPSS, R, and Tableau.
– Knowledge of UX metrics or the ability to quickly learn it.
