This is a fully remote, high-impact role with opportunities for growth and shaping the future of Helika products.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the user experience and design execution of various product features from discovery to delivery.
– Collaborate with design, product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to drive projects forward.

– Contribute to the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability over time.
– Foster a collaborative and accountable culture within the small design team by actively participating in team rituals and embracing autonomy for fast and effective delivery.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a Product Designer role, ideally in a startup environment, with a strong portfolio and case studies showcasing your design skills and thought process.
– Expertise in designing interfaces for complex web and mobile software applications, such as analytics, marketing tech, developer tools, content management, or consumer products.
– Strong understanding of user experience principles and the ability to translate requirements into simple, effective design solutions across different areas.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present designs with clear rationale and seek cross-functional alignment.
– Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, embracing ambiguity, iterative improvements, and adaptability.
– Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Figma, Figjam, and project management and documentation tools.
– Experience with gaming and Web3/dApps is an asset.
