About the team + role

The Money Compliance team’s mission is to support Robinhood’s banking-related products, including credit cards and money transmitter products for Robinhood Credit, Inc. and Robinhood Money, LLC.

As the Money Compliance Data Lead, you will support the team’s data and reporting needs. This includes building and maintaining recurring reports and conducting ad-hoc analysis.

This role is preferably located in one of the office locations listed on this job description to align with our in-office working environment. However, limited remote work is available in certain US locations where we do not have physical office locations. What you’ll do

– Propose, develop, and maintain data dashboards to reflect high-level program KPIs and individual analyst performance.
– Utilize data analytics to support strategic initiatives and improve risk awareness in money operations.
– Develop automated data solutions, ad-hoc reports, and data extracts to support compliance operations and satisfy regulatory requests.
– Create easily digestible dashboards using data visualization tools like Looker.

What you bring

– 3+ years of experience in professional data reporting or analysis, with at least 1 year in the financial technology industry.
– Comfortability working with large, imperfect data sets.
– Proficiency in data mining, data visualizations, and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and/or R.
– Passion for conducting data deep dives and using statistical techniques to uncover meaningful insights.
– A high degree of natural curiosity, self-motivation, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
– Excellent judgment and communication skills.

The base pay for this role will depend on various job-related factors, including education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is aligned with one of three compensation zones based on the location of the work. This role is also eligible to participate in Robinhood’s bonus and equity plans. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$115,000 – $135,000 USD
– Zone 2: Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL
$101,000 – $119,000 USD
– Zone 3: Lake Mary, FL
$89,000 – $105,000 USD
