Key Responsibilities:
– Provide insights and recommendations to drive product improvements and business growth.
– Enhance the analytics stage of the HADI development cycle.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to generate insights that enhance the customer experience.
– Support and improve the A/B testing process.
– Validate product hypotheses and connect results to business metrics.
– Design key metrics to measure various aspects of the business.
– Create and maintain automated dashboards to promote company-wide understanding of user experience.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in an analytical role, with a track record of creating impactful solutions.
– Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
– Knowledge of mathematical statistics and statistical hypothesis testing principles.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Familiarity with Airflow, Git, and Python is a plus.
