ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated Data Scientist to join our Business Intelligence team and help align our work with business goals for organizational success. In this role, you will play a vital part in big data analysis and be responsible for maintaining and enhancing data quality. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to make a meaningful impact on our products and processes.

YOUR MISSION
As a Data Scientist at Leadtech, your responsibilities will include:
– Conducting thorough data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement within datasets.
– Creating effective reports and visualizations to communicate key findings to various teams and support data-informed decision-making.
– Calculating and applying algorithms to predict Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
– Collaborating with business intelligence specialists, data scientists, and other team members to develop predictive models and data-driven solutions.
– Performing ad-hoc research to address specific business-related questions.
– Continuously maintaining and enhancing data quality to ensure accuracy and integrity.
– Identifying and collecting new data that is relevant to business objectives.
– Evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies for data management and analysis.
REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone with a balance of hard and soft skills who can thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Here’s what we would love to see:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering), or a similar discipline.
– Demonstrated experience in a Data Science environment.
– Solid knowledge of data science/analysis tools, such as KNIME, SPSS, or similar.
– Ability to develop, train, and optimize machine learning models.
– Experience in predictive modeling, time series analysis, or cluster analysis.
– Experience in calculating and applying algorithms to predict Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
– Ability to tackle complex problems, identify patterns, and design creative data-driven solutions.
– Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends in technology and data science.
– Experience with databases and query languages, such as SQL.
– Ability to create effective visualizations using tools like Qlik Sense, QlikView, or similar.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations.
– Teamwork and collaboration skills to work closely with other data professionals and cross-functional teams.
– Proactive attitude and results-oriented.
