Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Webflow Developer to take ownership of our website and drive its expansion, maintain a consistent user experience, and enhance site performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact and demonstrate your skills in web design.

Responsibilities:

– Manage your workload by proactively prioritizing tasks and collaborating with the Head of Marketing and Head of Design
– Transform designs into responsive, accessible, and high-quality web pages
– Build custom components and JavaScript, and assist others in self-serving if needed
– Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to ensure that designs are accurately implemented
– Optimize site performance and improve user experience
– Manage CMS items and assist the team in updating content, such as blogs
– Work with designers to push boundaries and improve design innovation
– Fluent in HTML/CSS/JS
– Experience with Webflow and at least 3 years of web design experience
– Ability to work quickly and efficiently
– Attention to detail and a high standard of quality
– Resourceful and proactive in tackling challenges
