As the Lead Game Designer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing meta gameplay features that contribute to monetization and player engagement. This includes creating and maintaining models of in-game economies, analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization, and collaborating with other game designers, developers, and analysts to align strategies and goals.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience as a Game Designer, ideally with a focus on Puzzle or Match-3 games. You should also have a proven track record of achieving long-term player engagement and retention, as well as experience with Live Ops strategies and creating and balancing in-game economies.
