Job Description:
As the Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical teams and project stakeholders. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining project deliverables, documenting processes, and facilitating communication between business and technical stakeholders to drive project success. Your main responsibilities will include:
– Acting as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team
– Understanding business needs and eliciting requirements
– Validating, prioritizing, and managing requirements
– Ensuring that the delivered solution aligns with business requirements
– Translating business needs into clear, detailed, and unambiguous requirements
– Documenting, analyzing, and visualizing business processes, workflows, and systems
– Documenting requirements with sound acceptance criteria
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
– At least 4 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
– Proven experience in eliciting requirements
– Meticulous in creating documentation
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
– Fair knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, with the ability to adapt quickly
– Ability to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria
– Basic understanding of mathematics and technology concepts such as Front-end, Back-end, and database to effectively communicate with the development team
– Advanced level of English
