About the Role
As a Senior Illustrator and Motion Graphic Designer at Oviva, you will play a crucial role in expanding our impact and growing our company. This position is based in Poland with the option to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
– Create clear and engaging illustrations using Figma that align with our brand and enhance our app’s educational content
– Develop motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and LottieFiles to improve user understanding of health concepts and increase app engagement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives, incorporating design feedback as needed
– Optimize visual assets for different platforms and user needs
– Manage illustration and animation projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve desired outcomes
About You
– Proven skills in illustration and motion graphic design
– Proficiency in Figma, LottieFiles, and Adobe After Effects
– Fluent in English
– Experience creating a large volume of illustrations in a consistent style for one brand
– Familiarity with utilizing an illustration design system to ensure consistency and modularity of designs
– Ability to translate complex health information into user-friendly visual formats
– Able to follow a concrete briefing or develop own ideas without supervision
– Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks with minimal support
