Position: Senior Product Analytics Associate
Location: Remote with occasional travel required

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Senior Product Analyst to lead the development and execution of a data-driven product roadmap at Signify Health. As a Senior Product Analytics Associate, you will have a direct impact on the success of our company by working closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
– Develop an expert level understanding of Signify Health’s core product offerings and analytics technology
– Define, track, report out, and explain product metrics including performance and profitability
– Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track product health, highlight insights, and monitor the success of product initiatives
– Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Analytics teams to drive key Signify objectives
– Champion A/B testing and help stakeholders throughout the company design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests correctly
– Develop ROI projections for analytics projects to prioritize deliverables by impact to the business
– Communicate progress, barriers, priorities, and budget regularly with leadership
– Translate complex analyses into technical and actionable insights for various stakeholders
– Tell compelling stories through data, articulating technical information to a non-technical audience
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
– 5+ years of experience in a technical product analytics or data science role, with a proven track record of influencing product decisions through technical insights
– Experience building, developing, and maintaining dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
– Proficiency in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and other statistical analysis methods
– Advanced proficiency in SQL, and experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling
– Strongly preferred: Experience with Power BI and familiarity with causal inference techniques (e.g., propensity score matching, instrumental variables, difference-in-differences)
– Experience working with data engineering teams to develop data pipelines and ensure data integrity across multiple systems
– Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
Compensation:
The base salary hiring range for this position is $90,000 to $140,000. Compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
