Position: Staff Product Designer at Ironclad

Role:
As a Staff Product Designer at Ironclad, you will be responsible for using technology to shape, automate, and modernize the end-to-end contracting process. You will work closely with engineers and product managers to transform contracts from paper to data and make them more intuitive for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
– Advocate for our users in all design decisions
– Collaborate with other designers, product managers, and engineers to create a shared vision
– Simplify complex problems into intuitive experiences for our users
– Communicate through visual artifacts and use your design skills to enhance our products
Qualifications:
– +8 years of experience at a tech company
– Proven track record of delivering exceptional design work in a large market
– Strong UI design skills and the ability to elevate the craft of others
– Familiarity with web, iOS, and Android UI design patterns
– Understanding of software development and coding skills are a plus
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the company
– Willingness to continuously learn and seek feedback
