Position Overview:
As a Salesforce Engineer (Intermediate) at Clariti, you will play a crucial role in bridging Salesforce’s capabilities with our ambitious platform vision. This is not a traditional Salesforce role, as we are seeking engineers who are eager to grow beyond the usual constraints and help innovate new ideas with the support of our team. Reporting to Malick Ndiaye, you will have the opportunity to develop solutions that bridge Salesforce and our broader platform, participate in technical design discussions, collaborate with senior engineers to improve our development practices, and help build tools to make our engineering team more productive.
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
– Experience building and maintaining multiple Salesforce applications
– Understanding of Salesforce’s limitations and ability to work around them
– Curiosity and interest in building broader platform solutions
– OR 2+ years of experience building web applications
– Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work with legacy systems
– Familiarity with modern development practices and tools
– Interest in applying skills to both Salesforce and off-platform solutions
