Role Overview:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and help us achieve our vision by providing valuable insights through data analysis. This role will involve working closely with cross-discipline teams and senior leadership to drive business decisions and optimize game performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines
– Integrate diverse data sources into unified data systems
– Manage databases and optimize storage solutions
– Monitor and improve the reliability, efficiency, and quality of data systems
– Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and provide support for data-related issues
– Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in the gaming industry
– Experience supporting live service games and shipping at least one AAA game on console or PC
– Professional experience with Elasticsearch, Azure Analytics, and Hadoop
– Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and other scripting tools
– Experience with conducting A/B testing and analyzing consumer behavior
– Comfortable with exploring new game design ideas and helping refine them into shippable features
– Nice to have: experience with first or third-person shooters
