As part of our mission, we are seeking a talented Analytics Developer to join our Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) teams. These teams play a crucial role in managing client, regulatory, and financial risk as we continue to grow. About the Role:
As an Analytics Developer at Wealthsimple, you will support both the Fraud and AML teams in their mission to protect our platform and clients. The Fraud team is responsible for minimizing fraud losses while balancing client experience, and the AML team is responsible for detecting and responding to illegal activity on the platform. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement data solutions, maintain data controls, and contribute to the broader analytics developer practice at Wealthsimple.
Who You Are:
We are looking for a talented individual with strong SQL skills and at least 1 year of experience in a professional setting. You should have a passion for data and the ability to develop tailored solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should also have experience with software engineering best practices and a desire to continuously improve and learn.
