Job Description:
As a Senior IT Business Analyst at our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping Emergn’s future, contributing to our growth, and delivering valuable outcomes for our clients. Our teams work tirelessly every day to pioneer faster and better ways of bringing our clients’ most exciting ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and document requirements
– Develop product documentation, such as use cases and user stories
– Support the development team by explaining the requirements in detail
– Work closely with the development team to explore options and achieve desired outcomes
Requirements:
– Relevant professional experience as an IT Business Analyst
– Proficiency in Agile methodologies
– Comfortable working in a client-facing role and collaborating with team members (including BAs and Product Owner)
– Curiosity, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with product and/or software development lifecycles
– Experience with requirement and system documentation
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
