As a Sr. UX Designer II, you will play a crucial role in configuring and ingesting structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data repositories to meet the needs of our mission partners. You will also support our data analytics and DevOps pipeline to ensure rapid delivery of functionality to our clients. In addition, you will oversee the visualization of dashboards and data ingestion for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
– Translate user research into actionable user interface requirements and workflows for solution development
– Design user interfaces based on usability metrics and customer feedback
– Conduct usability testing and analyze data to make data-driven decisions
– Create and document information design concepts and solutions using wireframes, prototypes, and task flow diagrams
– Facilitate user interviews and contextual inquiries
– Utilize user tracking and metrics tools, such as Matomo, to gather and analyze data
– Visualize user metrics using Qlik and/or Tableau
Qualifications:
– Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI
– Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years of experience
– Experience with usability testing, including preparing test plans, facilitating sessions, analyzing data, and reporting results
– Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and task flow diagrams
– Strong written and oral communication skills
– Ability to make presentations and interact with end-users
– Familiarity with user tracking and metrics tools, such as Matomo
– Experience with data visualization using Qlik and/or Tableau
