Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team and drive innovation in health technology. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing user-friendly experiences that have a significant impact on individuals’ heart health. We are looking for a passionate product designer with a strong desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Reporting to our VP of Product Design, you will use your creativity and technical expertise to drive health innovation and ensure a seamless user journey across all platforms. This is a remote position that will collaborate closely with our US and Tel Aviv teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design simple, elegant, and clear user experiences in accordance with Hello Heart’s UX guidelines and design language, from concept to launch.
– Collaborate with Product Managers and other Product Designers to improve existing UX flows and create new ones.
– Design visuals, including illustrations and animations, that align with our design language.
– Act as the “User advocate” by conducting user research, such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys, and actively participating in the discovery process.
– Work closely with our cross-functional team of Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers to define, design, and deliver high-quality products.
– Present design work to the team and upper management, effectively communicating both in writing and verbally.
– Help drive the team’s growth in quality by suggesting improvements to the visual design system and maintaining high-quality Pixel Perfect UI.
– Work independently and take the lead on initiatives in a remote work environment, identifying and prioritizing tasks and monitoring the progress of design, development, and documentation.
Requirements:
– 7+ years of experience in consumer product and interaction design, with a track record of building and shipping consumer tech products, defining user experiences, and conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
– 5+ years of expertise in visual design, including typography, UI, illustration, animation, layout, and iconography, combined with 3+ years of experience in driving strategic product thinking and alignment with product goals.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
– Exceptional portfolio showcasing user-friendly experiences with excellent visual design skills and strong illustration capabilities.
– Ability to identify opportunities and make decisions based on the impact to users and the company.
– Highly organized with a proven track record of producing high-quality documentation and expert-level skills in Figma.
– Experience collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
– Ability to work independently and take the lead on initiatives in a remote work setting.
– Currently located in a CST or EST state, with experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000.00 to $170,000.00. However, additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education or training may also impact compensation.
