We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Web Analytics & Optimization Lead to join our team. As the lead for web analytics and optimization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our web marketing strategy by utilizing data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and optimize web performance. Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement web analytics strategies to measure traffic, conversion, and engagement metrics
– Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize user experience and increase conversions
– Analyze user behavior data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for website improvements
– Automate reporting processes to communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and user experience, to align analytics initiatives with business objectives
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools
– Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web analytics and optimization
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related field
– Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
– Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and tools
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to derive insights from complex datasets
– Comfortable communicating KPIs and test results to stakeholders and executive leadership
– Specific experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target is a plus
– Experience in the financial industry is a plus
