About the role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst to work closely with our marketing team, with a focus on attribution. At Tremendous, we value data as a crucial tool for growth and believe that insights are key to success. In this role, you will collaborate with our data team and stakeholders across the company to scale marketing insights and lead new data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize various analytics methods to gain insights into all aspects of marketing, including multi-touch attribution modeling, predictive lead scoring, paid media ROI analytics, and full funnel pipeline reporting.
– Consolidate complex data into clear and compelling narratives that can be applied across Tremendous.
– Advocate for data-driven decision-making by partnering with key stakeholders and senior leaders.
– Identify and implement process improvements within the Data team, mentor team members, and foster new expertise.
– Join a growing team of analysts and actively contribute to team collaboration and culture.
Requirements:
– Extensive experience in B2B marketing analytics, with a focus on paid acquisition and attribution, and familiarity with related tools.
– Proficiency in writing sophisticated SQL, with a preference for well-architected data models, optimized query performance, and documented code.
– Experience with at least one visualization and business intelligence platform (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Mode).
– Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
– Proven ability to drive projects forward and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
– Structured approach to handling ambiguous exploratory analysis, balancing thoroughness with the MVP mindset.
– Track record of using data to achieve ambitious goals and influence company-wide outcomes; experience as a technical lead or manager is a plus.
– Excellent judgment and business and product instincts, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Bonus Skills:
– Experience with forecasting and predictive modeling.
– Familiarity with operational tools and systems like Segment, Amplitude, and Hubspot.
– Knowledge of Data Build Tool (DBT), Fivetran, or Census.
– Proficiency in Python or R.
