We are seeking an exceptional Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, data-driven, and impactful user experiences across our B2B and B2C platforms. In this strategic role, you will apply data-driven design techniques and have a deep understanding of healthcare workflows to anticipate how users interact with complex decision support systems and tools like cancer risk assessments. You will be at the forefront of shaping our product design and ensuring seamless, human-centered experiences that improve both clinical workflows and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery, to ensure exceptional UI/UX across all platforms.
– Utilize user research, analytics, and behavioral data to inform design decisions and align with user needs and business goals.
– Create tailored designs for our B2B and B2C platforms, including EMR-integrated desktop applications, standalone tools, and patient-facing applications.
– Understand the behaviors and workflows of healthcare professionals and patients to design intuitive decision support systems and tools.
– Apply modern design principles and tools, including interaction design, responsive design, micro-interactions, and accessibility standards.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design outputs with user needs and technical feasibility.
– Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
– Develop and maintain scalable design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
– Stay ahead of industry trends in UI/UX, particularly in healthcare technology, and incorporate new approaches to improve user engagement and experience.

Requirements:

– 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, multi-platform solutions.
– Proven ability to design for both B2B and B2C platforms, ideally within healthcare, technology, or similarly regulated industries.
– Experience designing for healthcare systems, including EMR integration and decision support tools, and understanding of healthcare professionals’ workflows and patient behaviors.
– Strong capability to use user research, data analytics, and behavioral insights to inform design decisions.
– Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel for analyzing user interactions.
– Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision.
– Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with developers.
– Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and ability to design for diverse user needs.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
– Experience working in cross-functional teams and ability to bridge design, product, and engineering.
– Ability to take a strategic approach to design and align UI/UX goals with overall business and product objectives.
