Position: Digital Visual Designer, Manager

Role Location:
This is a remote position, but can also be based in Philadelphia or San Diego, for those who prefer an office environment. Candidates must be located in the United States and able to work continental US hours.
The Role:
We are seeking a Digital Visual Designer with a strong portfolio and a passion for aesthetics and visual storytelling. This individual will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of art and digital design, collaborating with UX and Brand Designers to create visually engaging designs for various digital platforms. They will play a key role in shaping the visual direction for a diverse client portfolio and will be measured by their ability to create compelling designs that attract and engage audiences, ultimately driving measurable results for our clients.
This is a great opportunity for a rising Designer with digital experience and a strong portfolio. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of client projects while also being involved in day-to-day execution as part of our growing 8-person Creative Team.
Role Highlights:
– Create visually stunning designs for websites, paid media campaigns, and other digital touchpoints for clients ranging from mid-sized businesses to Fortune 100 companies across diverse industries
– Collaborate with the Creative Director and creative leads to elevate our work and set a new design standard for the Creative Services division
– Develop and implement design strategies that align with client objectives to deliver effective solutions
– Craft compelling creative solutions for multiple high-profile projects, balancing brand positioning, research insights, and business goals
– Work closely with Brand and UX teams to incorporate feedback and maintain a high level of attention to detail and design excellence
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and technologies, leveraging cutting-edge innovations like Generative AI to continually elevate design outputs
Essential Skills:
– 5+ years of proven experience in Visual Design in an agency setting
– Impressive digital portfolio showcasing versatility and expertise
– Strong strategic thinking and creative execution skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results for clients
– Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts
– Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
– Deep understanding of industry standards, trends, and tools, including Generative AI
– Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
– Experience with motion graphics is a plus
90 Day Goals:
– Successfully integrate into the team and establish yourself as a key player in driving our clients’ digital design strategy
– Contribute significantly to enhancing our clients’ online presence and achieving their digital marketing objectives

Compensation & Benefits:
– $90,000 – 110,000/year (final compensation will depend on skills and experience)
