Full Stack Software Engineer
Join our team at LightFeather as a Full Stack Software Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using React, Ruby on Rails, and Formik. You will also have the opportunity to enhance user experiences and support various company workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and design web applications using React, Ruby on Rails, and Formik
– Create and maintain form-based applications for a user-friendly experience
– Implement validation and automation testing with Yup and Cypress
– Improve UI/UX for user accounts, biometric scheduling, and secure messaging
– Support feature rollouts, optimizations, and internal production operations
Requirements:
– US citizenship
– Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
– 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with expertise in React
– Strong knowledge of Formik with Yup validation, Cypress, and API integrations
– Experience with Git
– Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing codebases
– Strong team player with excellent communication and documentation skills
– Customer service and client-facing experience
Preferred:
– Prior or current security clearance at Public Trust level or above
– Experience with Ruby on Rails
– Knowledge of GraphQL and Redux
– Experience with Docker, Splunk, and cloud-based deployment
– Familiarity with Google Analytics
