Job Description:
Sutherland is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Lead-Data Analytics. As the Lead-Data Analytics, you will be responsible for:
– Demonstrating proficiency in programming tools such as R and Python, with a preference for Python
– Utilizing knowledge of Machine Learning Models Development and Validation, as well as NLP techniques
– Possessing a strong understanding of SQL programming basics
– Applying expertise in descriptive analytics methods
– Demonstrating excellent skills in data pre-processing
– Excelling in storytelling, communication, documentation, and analytical problem-solving
– Having experience in Text Analytics (preferred)
– Holding an advanced degree or certification in Statistics (preferred)
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
– 5-8 years of experience in the data science domain
– A degree in B.E / B.Tech / Msc/M.Tech
– Knowledge of widely used Machine Learning Models Development and Validation and NLP techniques
– Familiarity with SQL programming basics
– Proficiency in descriptive analytics methods
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Experience in Text Analytics (preferred)
– An advanced degree or certification in Statistics (preferred)
