Software Engineer – GROW Inc.

Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services, APIs, and microservices
– Create efficient and scalable database schemas and write complex SQL queries
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API contracts and integrate third-party APIs
– Write clean and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
– Develop unit tests, integration tests, and automated test suites
– Identify and troubleshoot performance issues and optimize backend systems
– Implement security best practices to safeguard user data
– Work closely with teams to understand requirements and contribute to product roadmap
– Conduct code reviews and mentor fellow engineers
– Stay updated with latest technologies and recommend process improvements

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 3+ years of experience in Java backend development
– Strong understanding of database design and optimization
– Experience with API integration and microservices architecture
– Knowledge of software security best practices and compliance requirements
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
