Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Forecast Analyst to join our unique business model and optimize our inventory turns. This role requires collaboration with our internal sourcing team and vendors to forecast at a style-color-size level and achieve key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory planning, merchandising, and technology, and possess strong analytical skills to drive improvements in our KPIs.
Responsibilities:
– Manage forecasts for all levels of inventory, including weekly style-color-size forecasts, to achieve KPIs such as in-stocks, inventory turn, and return on investment
– Collaborate with internal sourcing team and vendors to ensure maximum availability of inventory
– Work with technology team to develop and implement automated solutions for inventory optimization
– Conduct data analytics to improve KPI performance
– Model vendor relationships, terms, and risks with sourcing team
– Develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term plans to support business strategy
– Present forecasts, strategies, and plans to executives on a weekly basis
– May manage one or more individuals
Qualifications:
– 4-6 years of experience in inventory planning, merchandising, or related analytics or technology roles
– Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain Management preferred
Skills:
– Strong analytical skills with experience in advanced statistical functions in Excel
– Proficient in Google Suite
– Experience prototyping inventory optimization techniques and converting to scalable technology
– Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to minimize risks and maximize opportunities

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes

Compensation:
We determine compensation based on market indicators, your background, skills, and experience. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is based on the impact and contribution to our strategic goals.
Pay Range: $110,000 – $130,000 USD
