Job Description:
As a Senior Independent UX/UI Designer with A·Team, you will have access to high-paying, meaningful projects with audacious companies, typically paying between $90-$150 per hour. Our clients are carefully selected and come to us through trusted referrals, ensuring a consistent and rewarding experience for our team. Some of our past clients include Lyft, McGraw Hill, Pepsi, Walmart, and several new unicorns we cannot disclose. Our focus is on small and diverse product teams, as larger clients have expressed a preference for team-based work. At A·Team, you will have autonomy to decline projects that do not align with your interests and can easily pause or leave the platform if needed.
In addition to exciting project opportunities, A·Team offers small, curated, and off-the-record gatherings for our members to network and discuss topics that may be difficult to engage with elsewhere. Our long-term vision is to create micro-communities for the world’s top builders to connect and collaborate around their passions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Scope and execute ambitious software projects as part of a small team (usually 3-4 people)
– Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance
– Take on a variety of projects, from early-stage incubations to fast-growing companies to non-tech incumbents
– Keep 100% of your earnings, with a small platform fee added on top of your rate
– Attend A·Team gatherings and events to network and connect with other top builders in the industry
Requirements:
– Located in the Americas, Europe, or Israel
– Senior level experience in UX/UI design
– Previous experience at large companies or high-growth startups
– Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
– Strong portfolio showcasing your work
– Excellent communication and project management skills
